HOW DOES SAMSUNG PREMIUM DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE WORK?

Book an appointment on our website, and our team will contact you to confirm the time and location of your pick up and the nature of your issue. We will give you a reference number to refer to before our staff comes to pick up the device from you. Once the device is repaired, we will contact you to arrange a time and location for delivery.

CAN'T YOU REPAIR MY PHONE WITHOUT ERASING MY INFORMATION?

As part of the service on behalf of manufacturers, we provide software upgrade to the latest version available for your device, including all updates that provide the latest functionality and improvement to security. As a result, we are not able to keep your data intact. Having said that, it is always good practice to regularly back up your data.
